You might be feeling like:
- Your thoughts won't switch off
- You're stuck in the same patterns
- You feel anxious, flat or overwhelmed
- You're struggling in relationships
- You know something needs to change, but don't know where to start
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Counselling can provide a supportive space to understand what’s happening and work towards meaningful change.
Hi, I’m Matt,
I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW), and I’ve spent many years supporting people of all ages, including children, across a range of challenges.
My background includes social work, youth work, and alcohol and drug support, which gives me a broad understanding of the different experiences people bring into counselling.
I use a range of evidence-based approaches and take a mind-body approach, helping you understand not just your thoughts, but how your experiences show up emotionally and physically.
My focus is always on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we work through things together.
